I have a complaint about this SA.

There was a player macdutch or something similar, he did 3 TKs at once, tazed me more than once and pepper spray me - what did she do after I complain, nothing.

Then I admit I did a mistake and killed her arrest. I'm a noob, I admit it and I apologized - she went on a power rage and told me i'd get banned - and I got silenced...and that is a sure way to piss me off and I stopped playing - didn't even reply to my question why the lenghty mute when I asked in team.

My username was Pisstolero.

And if you want to ask other SA, yesterday I played as {SkaT} and there was someone called latino, SA or claimed to be? had no problems whatsoever.

Anytime she will be on, I'm going to play on other servers.

Forgot to say I was on the DE server and this was a few minutes before this post

Our admins have more than 1 thing to take care of, so please, if you complained about a teamkiller and you didn't get any response, then reply, and if you get no answer then use our Xfire REV Group to talk to more than 1 admin online. Otherwise, if we all are offline and no admin is present, then yes please post the problem you had in our server and the name of the troublemaker and we will take care of it, be sure.

jenna was there...she was playing with us, so dunno how busy she was...and I don't use xfire sorry.

30 mins ago was back on the server...and she was proud again to say that she's in a banning mood today...real welcoming.

I am kinda sad finding this complaint here, but ok I will address it. Yesterday was n really busy day on the server, so I apologise if I did not get to all the complaints in time. The server is set that if a person teamkills 3x times in a row, he gets kicked automatically, and I was under the impression that it took care of the situation. (I did not see your comments in chat with regards to the mute my apologies). Complaints though should I believe also be handled on merits. There is one thing that is important to me, and that is if ppl abuse admins then I address it immediately. To tell me that I have PMS I believe was not necessary, and on another occassion you also had a derogitory comment flaunted at me, and I muted you, did not kick you, muted you.

With regards to the banning comment, I worked hard yesterday to catch a hacker which I did, so hence my comment to the banning mood, and was merely joking, I see now that some ppl find it difficult to see the lighter side in comments, and will in future refrain from them.

Be that as it may, it would be sad to see you not return to the server as my experience with you was not all that bad, but I can assure you that I would try my utmost best in future, to react quicker.

thanks for clearing it up - and the pms thing I was joking about, its an everyday joke we use around here even between us guys - I'm sorry you took it like that - I think that jokes on swat chat don't get across esp. when you rarely know the person.
